USA WWII Release Type Firing Device M1 Mint From Box 1944, Inert.

Recently found in Belgian Ardennes. These devices were used for make booby traps turning the MKII grenades and TNT blocks into an Anti Personel mines, they are the so called "anti-lift" devices for put under an antitank mine, for example, or under anyother thing, so when you lift it..... You get the last surprise of your live. They are untouched since they left the USA factory in WWII, look the cord. This one is stenciled and marked INERT, its very easy to make them inert, just removing the small primer on the threaded adapter, so not necessary to touch the mechanism and that´s why they remain untouched since they left the factory.
