Luftwaffe M40 helmets from ET, (Eisenhuttenwerke Thale), factory are rare or less common to find than Q, (F. W. Quist), ones. Untouched condition and with a rare feature you can see sometimes on helmets: First decal went wrong and another one was placed over. It has a 1941 dated liner ring and a good complete condition 1940 dated chinstrap. The lot number 1122 places this shell as 1941 made. All of the small aluminium pins present, so 12/12.... These are the pins which hold the leather to the inner ring. Nice untouched helmet with small usage wear. Colour is blue-grey.
