German Wehrmacht Feldflasche Canteen Early Model Without Cap DMN41/42 Mint Unused.

Many people thinks that this canteen was used only by the Political Organizations, but this is not a right thought, it is the earlier model before the M31 model with drink cup. It was widely used by all branches of the Wehrmacht as a reinforcement canteen, you don´t need all the canteens with the drink cup, but many times you were needed of more water storage and drink from these without the cup was more comfortable and easy. RAD used these canteens, for example. The example you see here is in near mint condition with all parts matching from fabric, leather is new, just a very small cut on the back of the cover. Very nice canteen.
