German Wehrmacht Combat Gas Mask Set Smooth End Can Variation 1944 100% Complete Condition.

WOW, WOW, WOW, after 20 years collecting Gas Masks, this is only the very third time I have one of these ultra rare cans. The set was untouched, only missing the filter lid and the cleaning cloth. Very little is know about this rare variation, the three cans I have had were the same: No markings on the spare lenses lid box, a big D at bottom and WaA stamps on the can. This one has a red lacquer inside on the sleeve, but the one in my collection has not. And this one has the simplified knob on the closing device, mine has the normal one. A truly Holy Grail on the Gas Mask Collecting Field missing from 99% of collections.
