German Wehrmacht Gas Mask GM30 Early Model 1936 Upgraded to GM38 Model In 1938 With Filter.

We could say with a matching filter, because even with stencils very faded, it is a typical Dräger filter from 1938-1939.
Most of these early masks were later used for Luftschutz with new stamps and/or upgraded breathing system, (to GM38), as it is the case of this one. Of course Germans were not going to destroy all obsolete stuff, so they tried to reuse everything. The mask is totally supple and complete with all straps.
