You can see one pouch here and there from diferent makers, years, or unmarked... But this is an original pouch. Late war made used all mixed material, aluminium knobs with steel washers, steel knobs in one pouch and on the other aluminium.... Typical late war stuff. And as typical with late war medical pouches, no contents label inside, never been there. On one pouch you can see a mark from something that was stored inside, but no remains of glue anywhere. You can buy a repro set of labels if you want, (Just search on Google), or leave them in their original condition. Condition is nearly mint, maybe never used. The left pouch came with those dressings inside, so I leave them there, they are good for keep the shape.
