This pouch if only could talk..... The black stains are in my opinion old blood, I have seen many KIA helmets and have a few in my collection, the leather gets a very typical damage when stained with blood, if leather gets wet with water, nothing happens, but if with blood, when it gets old, the leather cracks like you see in the photos and turns hard like a stone. The pouch it is complete with al straps and dividers, the Inhalt label was there originaly, but it has been removed. It has some repairs, see photos, these are post war made in my opinion. The carring handle is totally supple, but have in mind that it is an 82 years old leather.
