Big one 10 x 6 x 2 cms. Untouched. All soldiers carried them in the small pocket inside the jackets, (yes, that´s the function of the inner pocket you see at bottom inside the jackets). So, you can use it for fill that pocket, for fill a Verbandkasten* or other Medical container or just for display.
*There are some special Verbandkasten that in the Inhalt bring these big dressings, but the standard ones use the smaller ones.
