From the bunch found in the Belgian Ardennes years ago. These devices were used for make booby traps turning the MKII grenades and TNT blocks into an Anti Personel mines, they are the so called "anti-lift" devices for put under an antitank mine, for example, or under anyother thing, so when you lift it..... You get the last surprise of your live. They are untouched since they left the USA factory in WWII, look the cords. This one is marked INERT. Last two photos only for reference.
