German Waffen SS Officer Leather Belt And Buckle, Complete Set, Wonderful Part I.
Buckle in zinc construction and aluminium hooks and prongs. After a really close examination I found the buckle is marked, but very, very weak, you can see traces of an "E" inside a circle and after compared with another example I see now it is ELJ maker for Emil Jüttner from Lüdenscheid. Typical clear/greenish glass, but thin variation and totally unmarked. I added more photos of other plates for you see the difference.
