I love this kind of things, German WWII items turned on kitchen tools after the war due to the shortage of everything. Of course this is not made from a black ASS helmet, but it is made from a German helmet for sure and then black enameled. Very hard to find this one.

We have a winner here: M40, Quist made, Size 66, SS, complete, one looking condition.... Nice helmet and well priced in my opinion. Liner ring is dated 1940, (hard to read), same for chinstrap.
